Terri E. Givens is Vice Provost, Undergraduate Studies and International Programs at the University of Texas at Austin and an Associate Professor in the Government Department. Her academic interests include radical right parties, immigration politics, and the politics of race in Europe. She has conducted extensive research in Europe, particularly in France, Germany, Austria and Denmark. She is an active member of the American Political Science Association, the Midwest Political Science Association, the European Union Studies Association, and the Council for European Studies.
Her book, Voting Radical Right in Western Europe, was published with Cambridge University Press in September 2005. She has contributed chapters to the books, Martin Schain, et. al., (eds) Xenophobic Movements in a Unifying Europe, Cichowski and Boerzel (eds) The State of The European Union and her articles have appeared in Comparative Political Studies, the Policy Studies Journal, and Comparative European Politics.
