Scott Sullivan joined the faculty in 2006 as an Assistant Professor in the Emerging Scholars Program. Professor Sullivan teaches and writes in foreign relations law and international law. In the Fall semester, he will be teaching a seminar on International Law & U.S. Courts.
Prior to joining UT, Professor Sullivan received his JD at the University of Chicago and a LL.M at the European University Institute while on a U.S. Fulbright Fellowship. Professor Sullivan has been extensively involved in the representation of several individuals detained at the U.S. Naval Station at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
